2 Maligne Lake, Jasper National Park (Rocky Mountains, of Canada) Trek by hike and canoe from 10 to 30 august 2009: Price: 2000 euros (ALL included, plane, ecc)
No particular capacity needed: it’s a trek for all those used to hike and to sleep in tent.
This is a strong, intense experience, deep into a wonderfull pristine Nature.
We will paddle with canoes the stunning Maligne Lake until its end. From there, we will go on by foot, hiking one of the most wild, hidden and faboulous corners of the British Columbia Rocky Mountains: glaciers, alpine cols, peaks everywhere, lakes, endless woods. For 15 days we will meet no one, only elks, bears and eagles!
It’ll be hard at the end, to be back to…”normal” life.
3 Christmas 2009 at Sinjerak Lodge: This is a different, silent and new way to spend your Christmas holidays. You can have hard ski tours or quiet hikes with your snowshoes, but the best of all, every evening, is the warm and cozy welcome of the Lodge while the spectaculars Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) enlighten the winter sky.
This beautiful hut has all you need for your comfort and is surrounded by wildest northernmost mountains of northern Norway!
